• How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

• Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.

• Can I change or cancel my order? Because we aim to process orders quickly, please contact us at info@furnisure.store within 12 hours of placement if you need to make a change. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

• How do I start a return? Simply email us at info@furnisure.store with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide the designated return address and instructions.

• When will I receive my refund? Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Product & Installation

• Are your lights compatible with dimmers? Many of our products, like the Modern Minimalist Wood Wall Sconce, feature integrated dimmable LEDs. Please check the specific product description for dimming capabilities.

• Does the lighting require professional installation? While many of our fixtures are designed for straightforward setup, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations to ensure safety and proper mounting.

• What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any damage, contact us within 48 hours at info@furnisure.store with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
