At FurniSure, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our lighting and home décor. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your space, and we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility & Condition

To ensure a fair process and maintain our high quality standards, all returns must meet the following strict eligibility criteria:

  • Pristine Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and unaltered. For lighting fixtures, wires must not be cut, stripped, or connected to a power source.

  • Original Packaging: Returns must include the original branded box, internal protective foam, and all plastic wrapping.

  • Complete Set: All original manuals, installation hardware (screws, brackets), and decorative inserts must be included in the return package.

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow this step-by-step workflow:

  1. Contact Support: Email info@furnisure.store with your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Photo Verification: Please attach clear photos showing the condition of the item and the original packaging. This allows our team to provide a preliminary Quality Assurance (QA) approval.

  3. Approval & Address: Once approved, we will provide you with the designated return warehouse address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  4. Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FurniSure is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, FurniSure will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Upon arrival at our warehouse, all returns undergo a mandatory manual inspection.

  • Approval: If the item meets all eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Rejection: Items that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete will be rejected for a refund. In these cases, the item can be returned to the customer at their own expense.
